Refund policy

At OMAS, every writing instrument reflects a legacy of Italian craftsmanship and precision. We encourage customers to review the following policy carefully before placing an order, as return and cancellation eligibility varies by order type and destination.

Order Cancellations

Standard Orders (Before Shipment)

  • Orders may be canceled without charge provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email service@omasofficial.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-made items are final once an order is placed.
  • These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, regardless of production or shipment status.
  • The sole exception applies to verified warranty-related defects, which will be handled under the OMAS warranty policy.

Orders Already Dispatched

  • Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • In such cases, eligibility is determined under the return guidelines below.

Returns — Domestic Orders (US Customers)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from the official OMAS webstore, you may request a return within 20 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior authorization.
  • Please contact service@omasofficial.com to request approval and return instructions.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined and returned to the customer.

Usage & Restocking

  • If an item shows signs of use, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless the return is due to an approved warranty issue.

Return Shipping

  • Once approved, a pre-paid return label will be provided for domestic returns.
  • Please deliver the package to the designated carrier location as instructed.

Refund Processing

  • After the return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing (processing times may increase during peak periods).
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Returns — International Orders

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and logistical constraints, OMAS does not accept returns for international (outside of the US) orders, except in cases involving verified warranty claims.

  • Customers experiencing a potential warranty issue should contact service@omasofficial.com with their order details.
  • If approved, our team will provide instructions for warranty service or replacement.

Additional Terms

  • OMAS reserves the right to refuse returns or cancellations that do not comply with this policy.
  • Orders that fail inspection or fall outside stated timeframes will be returned to the sender.
  • This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official OMAS online store.
