Shipping Times & Costs

At Omas, we work with trusted global carriers to ensure each writing instrument is delivered securely and efficiently. Shipping options, costs, and delivery timelines are outlined below (all prices are in USD). All items will be shipped from our fulfillment center in the US for now.

Domestic Shipping (United States only for now)

Standard Shipping — $4.99

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
  • Fulfilled by the best available carrier.

Express Shipping — $20.00

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.
  • Fulfilled by UPS or FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Orders containing personalized or engraved items require an additional 2–5 business days at least for handling prior to shipment.

International Shipping (Rest of the World*)

Express International — $35.00

  • Complimentary on orders $800.00 USD and above.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days.
  • Customers who select shipping outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes. We will cover duties and taxes for all Omas pens purchases.
  • Orders containing personalized or engraved items require an additional 2–5 business days at least for handling prior to shipment.

  • Please allow at least 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • Shipping rates and services may vary by destination; final options and costs are displayed at checkout.
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from our U.S. or Italy distribution center.
  • Carriers do not operate on public holidays; delivery times may be affected by local holiday schedules.
  • Complimentary shipping may be offered during select promotions; details will be shown on the product page when applicable.
  • Orders are processed automatically and shipping speeds cannot be expedited or delayed once an order is placed.
